I received a second prize $1,000 purchase award by Hanes Foundation of Winston-Salem. In March I exhibited in the beautiful Wilkes Gallery North Wilkesboro, NC, as part of the Associated Artist's Juried Membership. I'm continuing to be included in the Statesville Artist's Crawls with paintings at the Statesville Art and Frame Gallery. Most recently my nude paintings and drawings are being represented by the Hampton Galleries of Winston-Salem. I am honored to have been selected to exhibit a one-person show at Waterworks Visual Arts Center in November 2008 in Salisbury, NC.
